Lord Norman Foster Outfits the Falcons
By Christina Bohnstengel

NetJets Europe’s superlative as the largest operator of business jets and private jets in all of Europe is impressive enough. But when they placed a $1.5 billion order for 33 Dassault Falcon 7Xs (the largest order in the history of business aviation), they stole some headlines to say the least. Now, topping even that news, NetJets has commissioned world-renowned architect, Lord Norman Foster, to outfit the fastest Falcons in the world with his creative genius.
Foster seemed the natural choice for such a task, as he is not only a pilot, but also a client of the European jet company. With utility in mind, Foster’s designs are fit for a mile-high business meeting or a relaxing flight of fancy. The business space utilizes carbon fiber and steel set in hues of grey and black, while the light and tranquil description of the high-class dining and sleeping zones is defined by a palette set in cream and tan with Fiddleback Sycamore wood fittings.
