CD Ventures sold its majority interest in JetDirect to a private equity consortium controlled by Brantley Partners. This move comes after the group split from Sentient Flight Group, undid its FBO business, and sold two of its 135 certificates (Sunset and Presidential Aviation) back to the original owners. This is good news for the employees and creditors of JetDirect, whom reportedly are owed large sums of money.
